New pictures up on the kitten page of Helena's scrumptious purry babies...we now have a name for the little girl - Autumn Lights but we're still thinking of a name for the gorgeous boy. They are now 3 weeks old and very purry....just like their dad, who loves nothing better than to be cuddled and kissed...thanks to Anja and Thomas at the Koeni cattery where Curtis came from. This is a lovely litter for Curtis and a great one for Helena's last. They are both on hold for breeding so we'll be keeping a good eye on them both in the coming weeks. Ska's babies are maturing and getting lovelier by the day, as they are both going for breed/show they will be staying that bit longer so that they can be habituated to as much as possible whilst still with mum. We're waiting for Safari to come into season so that we can see what sort of kittens she has with Curtis....fingers crossed that they are as lovely as Helen's babies.

New pictures up on the kitten page of Helena and Ska's babies. Zippy and Zaniah had their first vaccinations yesterday and a full health check done by the lovely vet Wendy who is a work colleague, they did really well as it was their first venture to the surgery and also the first time in the car, they took it all in their stride and only slept a little while once they got home and then they were up to mischief once again. Helena's babies are absolutely adorable and the little male is the spitting image of his dad....they both started purring on day 2 and I'm really looking forward to seeing how they grow over the coming weeks.

New pictures up on Gallery 2 of Taran Teo, soon to be joined by Zippy who you can see on the kittens page. Helena's babies still don't have names yet but boy are they doing well and we're so happy to see their progress, you can see pictures of them on our new Landsker facebook page....just click on the facebook icon below to see how they change. We'll most likely be using them as exhibits of how kittens progress on our feline behaviour pages.

Helena actually had just two babies yesterday and both are happy and well today. She had a Brown tabby without white male and a solid Black tortie and white - possibly smoke female. Weights were good and I can see a good frame on them already so it will be really fun to see how they progress over the coming weeks. Pictures are up on the kittens page

Well, July has flown by and we're now at the end of the month just waiting for Helena to have her babies. She's upstairs now thinking about it all and having a little show but not actually giving birth. She's such a mature girl with plenty of kitten experience but this will definitely be her last litter and she can enjoy her life as a neuter with Tippo and the others. I had to take her out of the kitten room as the little hooligans, Zippy and Zaniah were using the nesting box as a jumping off board and she was getting quite unsettled by it all so she's now in my bedroom awaiting the birth of her babies. It's an exciting last litter for her as it's the first time that she has been put to Curtis. Helena has always give us wonderful kittens with a good few doing really well out on the show bench, no matter who the sire was so it will be good to see what she does with a Curtis mating. Safari will now be mated when she comes into season next and then Dune, both with Curtis to see what they produce with him. Ska's babies are doing well and will move on from the Landsker household in early September.
